How do I order a stork rental for a birth announcement?
We are excited to help create a special homecoming for your family! Give us a call or submit a form as soon as baby arrives, and we’ll strive to have the stork sign rental up within 24-48 hours. We do not accept reservations before baby is born.
How do I order a stork rental for scheduled events, such as a baby shower?
For scheduled events, we welcome you to order in advance to secure your preferred delivery date. Contact us here.
What information do I need to order a stork rental?
We need the delivery address and phone number for all orders. We also need information about gate codes, security guards, or front yard sprinkler systems.
Customized birth announcement storks can include baby’s first name, middle name, length, weight, and date of birth. It is up to you what information to include.
Can I gift a stork rental to new parents or new parents-to-be?
Yes, our stork rentals make excellent gifts and joyful surprises when new parents arrive home from the hospital or when parents-to-be arrive at baby showers! We will confirm if your rental is a gift when you order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Strip and can accept payment over the phone.
Does someone need to be home when the sign is delivered?
No, we can deliver the sign and install it in the front yard without anyone home.
Do I need to have a lawn for a stork rental?
Yes, for a stork installation you must have a yard. We require open space of grass with unobstructed soil. We can’t install signs in areas covered with rocks, pea gravel, concrete, or mulch or in raised beds or pots.
If you don’t have a yard, celebrate with a personalized bundle only that we will hang on your front door!
Where will you install the stork sign in the yard?
We use our best judgement to perfectly place the sign! Let us know if there is a specific spot you would like for the sign to be placed, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your refund policy?
We provide full refunds if extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign.
We are unable to provide a refund in the following situations: we can’t access a gated community, a security guard refuses entry, the homeowner or recipient refuses the sign set up, or a threatening animal prevents access to the property.
We kindly request 24-hour notice to fulfill any requests that were not discussed when booking.
Caring for your stork
We appreciate you taking the following steps to care for our storks!
Please do not move or attach anything to the stork sign, including balloons, to prevent damage.
Please do not move or remove the stork sign to prevent damage. If you need the sign to be removed, please call us and arrangements will be made to pick the sign up as soon as possible.
Please do not mow, weed, or fertilize the lawn when you have your sign to prevent damage.
Our signs are durable and weather resistant, but they are not designed for climbing and we are not responsible or liable for any injury involving the sign while on the renter's property.
If you notice any damage, please contact us as soon as possible.
